agreement (SPPO), client's provide us the specific qualification criteria and number of prescreened candidates needed to strengthen and expand their current recruitment efforts and DSI does the rest.
DSI stresses the use of available budgeted or existing departmental funds that can be easily approved and allocated for recruitment, marketing or to promote needed staffing programs as a SPPO agreement.
